Pastor Jeff Bean

Senior Pastor

Pastor Jeff Bean is the Senior Pastor of Lighthouse Bible Church, New Baltimore.  He has been the Senior Pastor at Lighthouse since October of 2009.  He has been a member of Lighthouse for many years and since September 1996 served as a bi-vocational Associate Pastor in charge of various activities including Outreach and Youth Ministries.  Prior to surrendering to full time ministry Pastor Jeff was an engineer at TRW Automotive for 27 years.  Pastor Jeff received is Master of Divinity Degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1993 and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 1979.   He has been married to his wife Peggy for more than 42 years and has 4 adult children and 6 grandchildren.

​I am truly blessed to be a part of God's Kingdom work at Lighthouse Bible Church.  Our goal is to reach out into the community of New Baltimore and beyond and make a positive difference in the lives of those that we touch.  We also want to teach and disciple those within the church and provide biblical training so that each of our members can grow in the knowledge of Christ and strive to be like Him.  Lastly, we want to serve God by serving the local community and our world.  We want to meet the needs of the community and be a vital contributor.  We also feel that our service includes nationwide and worldwide mission emphasis and we support various endeavors globally as well as directly sending members from Lighthouse on mission opportunities.  We warmly welcome all who are willing to join us in our work for God and our desire to please Him with our service.

Brenda Foster

Administrative Assistant

Brenda Foster is the Administrative Assistant at Lighthouse Bible Church, New Baltimore and has been a member since 2006.  Brenda was born and raised in the Chicago area before moving to Clay Township in 2006 with her husband due to a job transfer.   She previously was a Human Resource Manager for over 25 years at a major Bank in Chicago.  She has been married to her husband Michael for 41 years and has two children and three grandchildren.

Michael Carrothers

Music Coordinator

Michael Carrothers is the music coordinator at Lighthouse Bible Church, New Baltimore. Michael was born in Colorado and raised all over the United States. He graduated from University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and is currently an engineer at Ford Motor Company. Michael has been playing music since starting piano lessons 15 years ago and has since picked up guitar, saxophone, percussion, and mandolin. He has played in many different music groups including the music program at Anchor Bay High School, Red Letter Edition (a traveling worship group at Cornerstone University), and the music program at Lighthouse. He is passionate about using the talents God has given him and the music program volunteers to lead the church body in worship of the Living God. Michael is married to his wife, Tyler, and looks forward to the adventures the coming years will bring them.

Pauline Casey
Youth & Childrens Ministry Director

Pauline is a native Michigander, who grew up in the mitten. after graduating high school she attended Moody Bible Institute and graduated with a degree in Youth ministry. 

Pauline loves God and being able to guide young people toward a lifelong relationship with Jesus. Pauline likes to give youth creative ways to serve God all while helping them building relationships with those around them in the church. Pauline’s goal for her students in to  help them build long lasting relations with God and watch them grow, live, love and serve God. Pauline has been married to her husband Steve Casey for 17 years, they have two daughters and they like to spend their time together enjoying family activities and attending cheer events for their daughters.
